How to Enter Your Quilt

Send the following:

Completed Quilt Entry Form for each quilt (remember to sign it!). The entry form may be photocopied.
Attach two photos of each entry to the Quilt Entry Form. One photo should be of a full view and the other a detailed view. Photographs are for identification and planning only and will not be shown to judges. Snapshots and inkjet-printed digital shots are acceptable. Photographs will not be returned, but should have your name and address on the back (for identification purposes).
All quilt forms must be postmarked by June 30, 2008.
Check the judging categories on the Quilt Entry Form, and include $5.00 fee for each quilt to be judged.
Do not send your quilt with your Quilt Entry Form!

Drop-off location:

There will be one location to drop off and pick up (or ship) the quilts you enter. The address is

If you prefer to pick up your quilt at the end of the Quilt Show it will be available beginning on July 30, 2008. Please be aware that there is a check-out procedure, and NO quilts will be allowed to leave without proper check out! This is for you and your quilt's protection and peace of mind, as well as ours!

If you choose to ship your quilt please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping costs (both to and from the show), as well as insuring your quilt. Return shipping will be August 1, 2008 by the carrier you have chosen.

Quilt Entry Rules & Information:

Entries must be constructed in three layers (top, batting, backing). Entries must be quilted or tied either by hand, machine, or a combination of both.
Each quilt entered must have its own storage bag. The bag must be marked on the outside with your name, address and phone number. We will not accept multiple quilts in one bag.
Every effort will be made to take care of entries. However, the entries should be insured through the owner's individual insurance company. Entries will remain in a secured location 24 hours a day.
A $5.00 entry fee must be included for each quilt to be judged.
All quilts submitted must be clean, lint-free, with no threads or animal hair/fur.
Entrants are responsible for paying the correct amount of shipping to return the quilt. Quilts will not be shipped if the return shipping funds sent us do not meet the requirements of the shipper.

We reserve the right to refuse quilts for display or judging that do not meet these standards.
