Jeffrey Paul

Mr. Jeffrey Paul is a 42-year-old Sr. Art Director living in the St. Johns area of Portland, Oregon. Born and raised in Portland, he is the son of Arthur and Patricia Paul and the grandchild of Helen (Keranen) Paul who lived in Rosburg, Washington.

Jeff has been collecting trench art and other Finnish military items for several years, traveling to Finland twice in just the past year. His ambition is to open and operate in a small museum on the northwestern coast where he could display his full collection.
